The Science of
Color Harmony
Personal color analysis isn't about matching your skin to a swatch. It's about finding the colors that create harmonic resonance with your natural features.
When a color works, your skin looks clearer, your eyes look brighter, and your features take center stage. When it doesn't, the color wears you, making you look tired or sallow. We follow the 4-season methodology refined by Anuschka Rees to help you master this balance.
The Process
How we analyze you
Our analysis combines visual data with personal diagnostic tests. When you upload a photo, our system examines your skin undertone, contrast, and eye clarity. By synthesizing these visual cues with your answers through advanced Large Language Models (LLM), we generate a precise seasonal classification and a personalized strategy for your wardrobe.
01 / The Diagnostic
Harmony Over Matching
We use three essential "Harmony Tests" to cross-verify the results from your photo. These tests identify how your skin reacts to different color properties.
The Metal Test (Undertone)
Your skin has a biological temperature. Gold preference indicates a warm, yellow-based undertone, while silver indicates a cool, blue-based undertone. Knowing this ensures your jewelry and base colors always look like an extension of you.
The Black Test (Value & Contrast)
Black is the most demanding color in the spectrum. If it makes you look striking, you have high natural contrast. If it makes you look exhausted, you require softer, lower-contrast tones to keep your features from disappearing.
Intensity Preference (Saturation)
Some people are made for 'Power Colors' while others shine in 'Earthy Mutes'. This reveals your skin's saturation level, distinguishing between the clarity of Winter/Spring and the softness of Summer/Autumn.
02 / The Strategy
The 3-Tier Wardrobe ROI
A great palette isn't just a list of colors; it's a strategic tool for building a high-functioning wardrobe.
Core Palette
The InvestmentThese are your 'workhorse' colors. Use them for high-value items like coats, suits, and shoes. Because they share the same seasonal DNA, your entire wardrobe will coordinate naturally.
Soft Palette
The VersatilityThe backbone of your everyday look. Use these for shirts, knitwear, and dresses. They provide a harmonic bridge between your core pieces and your bold accents.
Accent Palette
The PersonalitySmall pops of high-impact color for ties, scarves, and accessories. These allow you to express your mood without overwhelming your natural features.
Why follow this advice?
Zero Decision Fatigue: When everything in your closet shares a seasonal harmony, getting dressed becomes intuitive.
Financial Efficiency: Stop buying pieces that look good on the rack but never on you. Invest only in colors that are scientifically proven to suit your traits.
Visual Presence: Proper color alignment makes you look healthier and more awake, reducing the need for heavy color correction or makeup.
03 / Classification
The Four Seasons
Personal color analysis is a classification system: you don't just pick a palette, you belong to one of the four seasons based on your biological traits. Once identified, your season becomes your lifelong blueprint for visual harmony.
Spring
Warm • Bright • Light
High energy and golden. Think of fresh blossoms and clear morning light. Best in vibrant, warm tones.
Summer
Cool • Muted • Soft
Hazy and elegant. Think of sea mist and dusty lavender. Best in soft, blue-based pastels.
Autumn
Warm • Muted • Deep
Rich and earthy. Think of falling leaves and golden hour. Best in spicy, golden-based tones.
Winter
Cool • Bright • Clear
Striking and crisp. Think of white snow and midnight sky. Best in pure, icy, or high-contrast colors.
